Enrollment secures a student’s placement at Branch of The Vine Christian Academy and includes administrative processing.

Accelerated Christian Education (P.A.C.E.) Packets
Our Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum provides an individualized learning approach, allowing students to progress at their own pace while mastering essential subjects. Unlike traditional classrooms that group students by age, our P.A.C.E. system ensures students advance based on their ability, promoting independent learning in our structured and monitored Learning Center.
- Requirement: Over 72 P.A.C.E. packets per year
Tuition Fees
Grades 4th – 6th
Our tuition covers full access to our biblical, mastery-based curriculum, individualized learning programs, and academic resources necessary for students' success.

Additional Fees
GACS & Testing Fees
This fee covers standardized testing and administrative costs associated with Georgia Association of Christian Schools (GACS) assessments.

Activity Fees
Activity fees cover special projects, class events, and hands-on learning experiences to enrich students’ academic journeys.

Junior Convention Fees
Our school partners with A.C.E. School of Tomorrow to provide students with leadership development opportunities through Student Conventions. These conventions teach students skills such as time management, preparation, competition, and Christian leadership. Participants can compete in various categories, developing confidence and lifelong skills.

Computer Courses
Our computer courses provide students with essential digital literacy skills, preparing them for modern academic and career environments.
- Eligibility: Only for students who require the credit - cost epr student
Before & After School Programs/Hour
Schedule:
- Before School: Begins 1 hour before school starts
- After School: Available for up to 2 hours after school ends
We offer structured before and after-school programs for students needing additional supervision outside regular school hours.

Late Pick-Up Fee/Hour
Late pick-up fees are enforced to ensure staff availability and supervision beyond designated program hours.
- Applied: After 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time
Administrative Fees
Returned Check Fee
This fee applies to all voided or bounced checks due to insufficient funds.

Failed P.A.C.E. Fee
Students who do not pass their P.A.C.E. curriculum assessments are subject to this fee, which covers the cost of additional instructional resources and retesting materials.

Multi-Student Discount
- First Child: Full Tuition
- Second, Third, Fourth Child (and beyond): 10% off grade-level tuition
Full Year Cash Payment Discount
- 15% off grade-level tuition
- Requirement: Full payment must be made upfront and is subject to our refund policy
Families who pay tuition in full at the start of the academic year receive a 15% discount as an incentive for early payment.
